Remove Media tags filter and leave correct markup

I want to remove from the WYSIWYG format, this filter:

Convert Media tags to markup
This filter will convert [[{type:media... ]] tags into markup. This must be enabled for the Media WYSIWYG integration to work with this input format.

but if i do so i will see the tags instead of the images.

how can i get rid of this filter option?
